In this first step, Tel-Tron will engage you to learn about your organization’s strategic goals and then work with you to design a solution that will help you achieve those specific outcomes.

Working together with you, Tel-Tron will help lay the foundation for a system that will improve resident safety, day-to-day operations, community marketability, and ultimately your bottom line.

community assessment and proposal

Community Assessment & Proposal

During the Community Assessment & Proposal phase, we survey your facility to assess your community’s individual needs. From this initial assessment, we develop a requirements-driven solution designed to help you meet all of your strategic goals.

Using the information we gather, we deliver a proposal complete with a personal review, to ensure that you fully understand the entire solution proposed. The Community Assessment & Proposal phase also allows us to effectively facilitate communication between all parties, ensure a correct Bill of Materials, and reduce change orders.

implementation and installation

Implementation

Once your community has been assessed and a proposal has been created based on that assessment, we will meet with community stakeholders to review the proposal, establish roles and responsibilities, and set the schedule to begin installation.

In addition, we also plan-out the post-installation tasks, such as system training and follow-up communications.

training

Training

We realize that properly training your employees to use your new system is just as important as a successful installation. That’s why Tel-Tron created Train the Trainer, a comprehensive employee-training program, which ensures that turnover-issues related to training new staff are mitigated.

In addition we provide on-going technical training throughout the year, as well as online system support resources like training, manuals, and videos.

Customer Success

In the final step of The Tel-Tron Process, we will provide an Implementation Sign-off to ensure that you are confident in the installation and the ultimate success of the completed emergency call system.

We will also initiate follow-up communications periodically to confirm your ongoing satisfaction with your new Tel-Tron system. Regional sales and support staff will be made available for any required on-site follow-up.
