No. Pendants must be purchased from Tel-Tron by the community. Some communities purchase Tel-Tron products and then pass on the cost of these types of resident-consumable devices to the resident as part of their monthly billing.

I have a hardwired system, can I use “Press Purple” pendants?

Yes, if you also have apartment WARB receivers or building-wide/campus-wide wireless coverage in addition to your hardwired system.
