fullest. Resident Check-In gives residents and their family members reassurance that if something happens
during the night, it will not go unnoticed.
With an active configuration, residents press a button on their emergency call station to let staff know they
are up and doing well each morning. With a passive configuration, motion detectors are used to pick-up movement
in an apartment during certain periods of time.
Whether your community utilizes an active or passive check-in configuration, staff will be alerted each day
about those residents who are not up and actively moving around their apartment. After the designated time
period, a report is available at the desk console and as a printed report. Staff then checks on the residents of concern.

way to ensure the wellbeing of your residents. Independent residents appreciate this feature because it is
private and unobtrusive. You need flexibility to maintain daily operations in the way that works best for you.

Staff Check-In
Does your staff perform routine checks on your residents? Are they supposed to be checking on certain areas of the building throughout the day or night? If so, do you have a way to document these checks and confirm that they are being done?
Tel-Tron's Staff Check-In feature helps you monitor staff activity and provides a tool you can use to assure family members that loved ones are safe and well taken care of.
Staff Check-In allows you to set a time window in which staff "checks" should take place. When caregivers enter a resident's room, they simply press a button or swipe a key-pass device. Your CompanionOne system instantly records the location, time and date of the check. If a check is missed, a reminder is sent to your staff. Information can be recorded on the system "silently" as well. The choice is yours.
Staff Check-In can also be integrated with our online reporting tool, Auditrak. Management can receive email alerts or SMS text messages whenever a "check" is missed or receive a single daily summary.
