Tel-Tron emergency call systems can be integrated with pocket paging, staff phones, and staff radios, allowing calls to not only go to the desk console but also to the mobile device of your choice.

Cisco IP phone

  • Allows caregiver to carry a standard wireless Cisco IP phone and also receive emergency notifications without the need to also carry a pocket pager.
  • Phone displays the type of call and location

Two-Way Radio with Digital Text

  • Allows staff members to communicate with each other
  • Displays same alert and information as pocket pagers
  • Displays text or voice annunciates type of call and location
  • Eliminates the need for staff to carry both an emergency notification device and a voice communication device

Desk Console

  • Displays alarm information and allows the operator to acknowledge and handle all calls on the system
  • Large LCD screen, tactile buttons, and a simple menu structure make it simple to control the entire system—no complicated software to learn
  • Displays the type of call (emergency, smoke, trouble, etc.),call location, time, and date
  • Will also display alarm location information for pendant emergency calls if wireless receivers are used
  • Up to 16 desk consoles can be connected to a system

Pocket Pager

  • Notifies staff when a resident requires assistance
  • Displays the type of call and location
  • Self-testing for worry-free operation
  • Pagers can be mapped to specific sections of the community
  • Staff is notified when calls are reset so they can move onto other tasks
  • Management pagers help reduce response time and increase reporting

  • Enunciates aloud incoming emergency calls received as text messages
  • Uses a text-to-speech voiceover to deliver messges
central station offsite monitoring

Offsite Monitoring

  • Forwards emergency calls to 3rd party call station for handling during designated time periods
  • Good solution for communities without a 3rd shift staff
  • Ideal for independent living communities with low emergency call rates
Dome Lights

Dome Lights

  • Illuminate when an event is reported from within the apartment
  • Different blink patterns can indicate the type of event being reported
  • Available for both wireless and hardwired styles of installation
intercom

Intercom

  • Opens voice channel between resident and staff
  • Calls are placed via direct dial or automatically from a pull cord or pendant activation
  • Used in conjunction with staff phone interface
  • Provide verbal reassurance that help is on the way
