Resident Check-In (Active)

  • Residents press a button on their emergency call station to let staff know they are up and doing well each morning, evening, or both
  • Notifies staff of residents who have not checked-in after the designated time period
  • Assures family members that their loved one is up and moving around each day
  • Allows residents to keep their independence
  • Help reduce your liability by ensuring each resident is up and feeling okay each day
  • Can be used to monitor the cognitive ability of the resident

Resident Check-In (Passive)

  • Motion detectors are used to pick-up movement in an apartment during certain periods of time
  • Staff will be alerted each day about those residents who are not up and actively moving around their apartment
  • Staff then checks on the residents of concern
  • Allows residents to keep their independence

Staff Rounds Check

  • Keep an electronic record of staff visits with residents and confirms that they are being done
  • Allows you to set a time window in which staff “checks” should take place
  • When staff members enter a resident’s room, they simply press a button or swipe a key-pass device to document the location, time and date of “checks”
  • When a staff member misses a check-in, a reminder is sent to the console and/or mobile device
  • Management can receive email alerts or SMS text messages whenever a ”check” is missed, or receive a single daily summary
  • Ensures family members that their loved one is being checked on each day
  • Can also be integrated with our online reporting tool, Auditrak

  • Alarms or locks door when a monitored resident attempts to exit and can be programmed to lock/unlock at specified times
