We Train You To Train Yourselves

With Tel-Tron’s “Train the Trainer” program, a designated member of your staff is given all the tools to train and assist other staff members with operational features and basic system questions. With system ownership, your “Community Trainer” is empowered to know the system inside and out. Tel-Tron helps train your staff resulting in improved response times and efficiency.

Staff in-service training is offered every time we install a system. Our project managers will give direction on operational functions as they pertain to your individual system. As your partner, we will work with your Community Trainer to educate your staff.
