Our extensive array of training options allows you to train your staff in the way that works best for you. The Tel-Tron Learning Center is available on DVD or via the Internet. Whether staff members need a refresher, new features are added to your current system or a new team member comes on board, staff training is simple, consistent and convenient. Our online courses even include basic tests so you can verify your staff's knowledge of the system.
With Tel-Tron's "Train the Trainer" Program, a designated member of your staff is given all the tools to train and assist other staff members with operational features and basic system questions. With system ownership, your "Community Trainer" is empowered to know the system inside and out. Tel-Tron helps train your staff resulting in improved response times and efficiency.
Staff in-service training is offered every time we turn over a system. Our project managers will give direction on operational functions as they pertain to your individual system. As your partner, we will work with your Community Trainer to educate your staff.
 Tel-Tron End User Certification Seminars provide your key staff members with the in-depth knowledge necessary to become community experts on your Tel-Tron emergency call system. We give you the tools you need to successfully operate your emergency call system and provide basic trouble shooting and basic system maintenance information. This special certification gives you unlimited access to Tel-Tron Technical Support when you need it most. End user seminars are offered on a regional basis and can be requested when you have multiple employees to be trained.
